Rathdrum Concrete & Masonry provides residential and commercial masonry and concrete contracting services in Rathdrum, ID and the surrounding region. Services include but are not limited to foundation repair, chimney repair, tuckpointing, brick repair, retaining wall construction, masonry restoration, fireplace installation, stone veneer installation, concrete block walls, walkway construction, and related masonry work.
We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion. Acceptance of a project is confirmed only when a written agreement or signed estimate is in place between you and Rathdrum Concrete & Masonry.
All estimates provided by Rathdrum Concrete & Masonry are based on conditions observed during an on-site inspection. Estimates are not final quotes until a written proposal has been provided and accepted by both parties. The following conditions apply:

Certain masonry and structural repairs require building permits under Idaho law and local county regulations. Where a permit is required and is the contractor's responsibility, Rathdrum Concrete & Masonry will obtain the appropriate permits prior to beginning the permitted scope of work. Permit fees will be included in the project estimate. Work requiring a permit will be subject to inspection by the relevant authority.
Any warranty provided by Rathdrum Concrete & Masonry will be described in your written project agreement. Unless a specific warranty is stated in writing, the following applies:
